- 02A deposit equivalent to five weeks' rent is required. The deposit is protected by the My Deposits Protection Scheme.
- 03Utilities may or may not be included, depending on the property. Please refer to the listing or contact us directly for clarification, as this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
- 04All repairs should be reported through our "Report a Repair" page using the Fixflo system. This helps streamline the process and minimizes repair-related calls.
- 05The standard lease term is typically 6 or 12 months, but shorter terms can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- 06Pet policies vary by property. Please review the specific listing or contact us to confirm if pets are allowed.
- 07You must provide two months' written notice before ending your tenancy. Full details can be found in your tenancy agreement.
- 08A full inspection by the inventory clerk will be conducted at the end of the term. All sets of keys must be returned.
